The official publication date for my book, Better Each Day, is November, 2011, but some stores can’t wait to get copies out on their shelves. Check out what I saw while shopping in West Elm yesterday:
Pretty cool, right? You can order the book online through Chronicle Books and Amazon, among others. If you’d rather pick up a copy, visit Sam’s Club, Barnes and Noble, West Elm, or Francesca’s. You can also try your local independent book store. If it’s not in stock, suggest they order it!
Jessica, Congratulations on your first book!
I can’t wait to read it! Every day that I’m in med school I’m more and more convinced that the small steps individuals can take for themselves on a daily basis are more important to overall health than anything a doctor will ever do. Your book sounds like such a good, simple idea that will be a really excellent resource.
Also, nice blog. I just took an exam this morning, so I can actually relax and write some comments, instead of doing the speedy and silent internet stalking that I usually do.
Good luck in Portland! Hopefully I can come visit your rainy city some day.
Caroline
Thanks Caroline! Long time no talk! Good luck with medical school. That’s quite a commitment! I totally agree about the small changes. They can add up to a much healthier life pretty quickly!
Congratulations! That’s very exciting! And the book sounds very interesting – I’ll definitely be looking for it in stores.
Thanks! It was so much fun to work on. I learned a ton!
