Good Morning America Health: Stop the Pigout/Workout Cycle

Today I was able to tap my nutrition knowledge a bit in this fitness and diet segment. In the piece I suggest eating every 3 to 4 hours, but keep in mind that these are small meals–just 400-500 calories–plus a couple of light (under 200 calorie) snacks. If you’re a woman who’s trying to lose weight, sticking with a 1600-1800 calorie a day plan should help. Not getting the results you want but don’t like to do the math? Just start making small changes, such as eating half a granola bar as a snack. You can always have the other half tomorrow!
