For this Today Show segment I researched some of the top ways to improve your fitness and health without spending a dime. In addition to the handful of tips we cover, a few that didn’t fit in the segment are good to keep in mind, too: Check in with your local pharmacy to see if they offer free health screenings (such as blood pressure, body mass index, and cholesterol checks) and scroll through your On Demand cable channel to find new (and free to watch!) fitness videos.
